Information We Collect

Curb collects the following information to provide its service:

• Account information, including name and email, when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Scan metadata: parking verdict, location coordinates, city name, and timestamp. Scan photos are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded.
• Vehicle and permit information you add to your profile.
• Anonymous usage data to improve app performance.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the parking scan service and display accurate results.
• To sync your scan history and vehicle profile across your devices.
• To improve our AI model's accuracy based on aggregated, anonymized feedback.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud), hosted in the EU, europe-west1 region. Scan photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Location Data

Location is accessed only when you perform a scan, to determine which parking rules apply. We store the city name and approximate coordinates of each scan for your history. We do not track your location in the background.

Data Deletion

You can delete your scan history at any time from Settings → Data → Clear scan history. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@curb-park.app.
